Dodi Rokhdian

Dodi Rokhdian is an anthropologist experienced in conducting research especially using ethnographic methods focusing on political ecology, forest environments, and indigenous communities. Throughout his career, Dodi has collaborated with various organizations, including The Asia Foundation, the Center for Anthropological Studies at the University of Indonesia, and Flora and Fauna International. With extensive experience in community engagement and organizing, Dodi is deeply committed to supporting marginalized communities. He co-founded the Sokola Institute in 2003 and now serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at the organization. 

Dodi holds a master’s degree in anthropology from the University of Indonesia and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Padjadjaran University. His work continues to have a significant impact on the fields of anthropology and community development in Indonesia. His current role now is Community Development Coordinator for The Nature Conservancy in its project in Kudus, Central Java.
